Jill Cohen
Founder & President
Jill serves as the President of Capital and its subsidiaries. A trial lawyer and former prosecutor, Jill provides leadership on both the vision and direction of the services provided by Capital. Jill did her undergraduate work at the University of Michigan, and attended law school at Georgetown University and at the University of Miami. When not working (which is a rarity!), she enjoys the beach, her children, and her Newfoundland dog named Tricky. |

Shari Broussard
Founder & Vice President
Shari leads our thousands of court reporters and videographers nationally. Shari, herself, is a seasoned court reporter with more than twenty years of experience in the industry. Shari has worked on many high-profile cases across the country. Originally from Florida, Shari enjoys spending her free time boating and fishing. |

Wayne
Cohen
Founder & General Counsel
Wayne is an AV-rated trial lawyer and has been recognized nationally for his work. Wayne works with our private and government clients, and provides oversight to Capital and our subsidiaries. Wayne travels to our many locations, but while in Washington, DC, he also serves as an Associate Professorial Lecturer of Law at The George Washington University Law School. He is an avid snowboarder, surfer, and boxer. |

Marjorie S. Roshkoff
Assistant General Counsel
Marjorie works closely with our General Counsel. She lives just outside of Philadelphia, PA with her husband, kids, and 2 german
shepherds. A graduate of Tulane University, Marjorie went on to receive her J.D. from Widener Law School. A former attorney at Blank Rome, Marjorie enjoys reading, working out, going to the beach, and playing with her kids and dogs. |

Elizabeth Davis
Director of Operations
Elizabeth is the “go-to” woman at Capital Reporting Company, as she oversees all of the day-to-day operations of all of our offices. Elizabeth graduated from Washington and Lee University with a degree in Business Administration. Elizabeth is originally from Florida. She dislikes the cold, and loves to joke about which she hates more -- the summer in San Francisco, the winter in Washington, DC, or the spring in Chicago. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering with the Junior League of Washington. |

Erin Loyka
Director of Finance & Accounting
Erin oversees the financial side of the business, and assists with the company’s mergers and acquisitions activities. Erin is a graduate of Dickinson College in Pennsylvania, where she was the captain of her field hockey team. Erin originally hails from Cleveland Heights, Ohio, and remains an avid fan of Ohio sports (it’s just too bad the city hasn’t won a championship since 1964!). In her spare time, you’d most likely find Erin spending time with her pit bull Maya or taking advantage of all of the wonderful food the District has to offer. |

Marietta Jemison
Director of Business Development
Marietta manages our Business Development team and is a case manager for our Virginia market. She is a native Washingtonian and has a degree in Marketing and Economics from George Mason University. One thing Marietta is known for is the fact that she’s not afraid to prospect for clients anywhere -- the metro, at her neighborhood pool, or even in a courthouse lunchroom! In her spare time, she enjoys photography, landscaping, and chasing after her toddler son. |
