Planning on traveling the world? . . . to take depositions? Let Capital Reporting Company™ help! Capital not only can handle your deposition needs locally, and nationally, but we can even schedule court reporters internationally. We have hundreds of experienced court reporters, videographers, and interpreters across the world ready to help with your deposition needs. To date, we have worked with clients to successfully take depositions in the following countries: England, France, Australia, Taiwan, Canada, Mexico, and Germany.
Prior to booking your court reporter for your international deposition, Capital will meet with your key staff to determine your specific needs. There are many additional factors that need to be considered in order make sure the deposition runs smoothly. For example, will there be a language barrier, will interpreters be needed, will the reporter need converters for the electrical sockets, are there any additional rules and regulations that need to be followed in order to create a certified transcript? All of these factors will be addressed prior to confirming the reporter, in order to insure that everything runs smoothly on the day(s) of the deposition(s).
After determining all of your needs, Capital will work with you in order to create your personalized order. Due to traveling internationally, firms may choose to have their hard copy sent to their paralegal in the States, while the overseas attorneys choose to receive an electronic copy via email. No matter what the order, Capital will work with you to provide smooth and consistent service through the duration of your depositions.
Not sure you want to spend the money on traveling overseas? The following services may also benefit you and your client throughout your case:
