Business Development/Sales Associate
Capital Reporting Company is seeking to add outstanding Business Development Representatives in Washington D.C., San Francisco, CA and Chicago, IL. This position demands an energetic and highly-motivated candidate with the ability to work in an autonomous fashion. The Business Development Representative will, among other things, play an apprentice-like role in strengthening and developing our marketing and sales strategies to increase market share, all while receiving professional guidance and feedback.

Client Services and Production Coordinator (Washington D.C.)

Capital Reporting Company, a national court reporting company known for providing the best customer experience in the industry, is searching for a Client Services and Production Coordinator for its Washington D.C. office. We provide court reporting, videography, transcription, videoconferencing and other services to law firms, companies, and government agencies.

This position demands an energetic and highly-motivated candidate. The Client Services and Production Coordinator will be responsible for the interfacing with clients, as well as handling the production of deposition transcripts. Additional duties include assisting in the maintenance of various payment systems and aspects of our finance and billing department.

To be successful you must have:

• Four year college degree (focus on business or a related field a plus)
• Minimum 1-2 years business experience (counting relevant internships)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, plus excellent multi-tasking abilities
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Operating Systems and MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and oral
• The ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational and grammatical skills
