For example, we address issues such as (a) the DVD format you prefer (i.e., MPEG 2, -R, +R, etc.), (b) whether you will be using trial presentation software, and (c) determining your standing order.

Second, you will have access to your transcripts online which you can view and download 24/7 on the internet. If you are handling a deposition in Chicago, and need to check a transcript you took in New York, just log online and you can find it within minutes. There is no charge for this service.
How Do Capital Reporting Company’s Rates Compare?
Our rates are extremely competitive and tend to be lower than our competitors. But we are not “cheap.” Your client will not be well served if you do not have an accurate record. Additionally, Capital Reporting Company ® does not charge for our online repository, minuscripts, E-transcripts, ASCII disks, or any other hidden surcharges. When investigating rates from different companies, make sure you are comparing apples to apples. Other companies tend to have additional page rates if the depositions include medical terminology, or if it’s being videotaped. Capital Reporting Company ® does not believe in these types of surcharges.
